Our stylishly renovated vacation apartment is in a prime location – directly between an idyllic beach and the charming harbor of Sanremo, which seamlessly borders the lively city center. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the glittering Mediterranean Sea and experience the Mediterranean flair up close.
Completely renovated in October 2022, the accommodation offers maximum comfort for up to four adult guests. It has a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for leisurely breakfasts with a sea view or a home-cooked dinner after an eventful day on the Riviera.

A fully equipped and functional new kitchen is waiting for you. Make yourself at home. Prepare the fresh ingredients bought at the market directly in your apartment.

fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, crockery and pans as well as various cooking utensils.
For hygienic reasons, we ask for your understanding that we do not offer food or spices.

The living room
Simple and welcoming. In the living room you will find enough space for four adults. From the dining table they have a side view of the sea. Simply great!
In the living room you will find:
A sofa bed for two additional guests. A dining table with four chairs, which can be extended if necessary. Access to the balcony to experience Sanremo and look at the sea.

The bathroom
Clean and neat with a spacious glass shower. The bathroom, like the entire apartment, was renovated in October 2022.
In the bathroom you will find:
A sink with two drawers. A bidet as well as a spacious glass shower. For the winter we have installed an additional electric heater.

The bedroom
Your place of relaxation and a good night’s sleep. A spacious room with matrimonial double bed freshly made for you.
In the bedroom you will find:
A double bed, bed linen and pillows, and bedside tables with lamps. A closet with four doors and clothes rails.

After your booking you will receive all important information about check-in and check-out by e-mail.
- Check-in & handover of keys from 15:00
- Check-Out until 11:00
- Deposit for any damage amounts to € 300.00
- A flat rate of 60.00 € will be charged for the final cleaning
- Towels, bed linen and 2 toilet rolls are provided
Parking & Charging Stations
We are working to be able to offer our guests a reserved parking space. Until we have found a solution you can park your car on the numerous parking spaces in front of the house. If all parking spaces are occupied, you can alternatively use the parking spaces at the harbor just below. The way to these parking lots we explain here.
Sanremo train station
The Sanremo train station can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes. The nearest airport is in Nice (France).
Please note
We kindly ask you to be careful not to waste energy in the form of electricity and water unnecessarily. When leaving the apartment, please turn off all air conditioners and lights. The built-in air conditioners cool / warm the rooms after just a few minutes. Thank you for your understanding.
Out of respect for our neighborhood, it is not allowed to have parties in the apartment. We ask you not to smoke in the apartment.

Discover Sanremo in Liguria
Picturesque Sanremo is located in a beautiful bay on the Riviera di Ponente between the nearby French border and the city of Genoa. This coastal strip with its sandy beaches lined with palm trees is not called the Riviera dei Fiori, the Riviera of Flowers, for nothing. The city of flowers enjoys a mild climate all year round (see the climate table below), which favors the lush growth of over 2,000 plant species. In the gardens of Sanremo bloom – so they say – the most beautiful roses.
Every year, usually at the end of February or beginning of March, Sanremo hosts the Italian Schlager Festival Sanremo, which enjoys great popularity in Italy (since 1951). It will be broadcast live by RAI state television for 5 consecutive evenings.
Long bike paths along the beautiful Ligurian coast, the famous casino as well as cultural events make Sanremo one of the most charming destinations for a city break in Italy.
Get to know Bussana Vecchia, a place that became a ghost town after an earthquake at the end of the 19th century. Today, various international artists live in the quiet village. Explore the maze of steep, half-ruined streets with numerous restaurants and art shops. Bussana Vecchia is located only 9 kilometers from the center of Sanremo.
With a distance of 298 kilometers, the Milan-Sanremo cycling race is one of the longest one-day races in professional cycling. The event usually takes place on the third Sunday in March and has its dramatic conclusion in the descent from Poggio di Sanremo to the center of the city.
