Payment

1. Reservation of the apartment is possible online. The amount due as well as the charged cleaning costs will be invoiced at the time of booking and immediately charged from the credit card.
2. Alternatively, an on-site payment can be arranged by arrangement. In this case, a separate contract will be drawn up, which must be signed at the time of reservation.
3. In order to cover any damages and additional expenses, a deposit of at least 200.00 € will be blocked on the credit card indicated. This includes additional expenses such as:

   -> Damage to the building / apartment or furniture
   -> Theft of furnishings
   -> Damage to furnishings
   -> Neutralizing odour emissions
   -> Cleaning that exceeds the usual scope

Cancellation

1. Please inform us of any cancellation as soon as possible.
2. Should we be able to occupy the apartment otherwise for the booked period, we will refund the costs with a deduction of 150.00 € for administrative expenses.
3. Should we be able to book only a part of the booked nights elsewhere, we will refund the costs for the occupied nights with a deduction of 150.00 € for administrative expenses.
4. If we are not able to fill the booked nights otherwise, no refund will be given.
5. We recommend our guests to have a travel cancellation insurance to be insured for these cases.
